Get reminded when you browse

You don't have to remember to click on the ID Vault icon each time you want to add an account - ID Vault reminds you automatically!

With only 1 or 2 additional clicks you can add your accounts to ID Vault when you browse. When you browse to a log in page at a Web site, ID Vault will ask you whether you want to save this account.

  1. Click "Add Now" when ID Vault asks you. This could be before or after you submit your username and password depending on the type of Web site. Note: For financial and popular shopping Web sites, ID Vault will open the Web site's login page in the Secure View browser.
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click 'Yes' on the next prompt (for financial and popular shopping sites only) and ID Vault will display a messaging confirming that your account has been added.

1. Browse to a Web site

When you browse to a Web site, ID Vault automatically gives you the chance to add your account. Click 'Add Now' to add this account to ID Vault.

2. Log in to your account

Because in this example we are adding a financial account, ID Vault will close your default browser window and open the Web site in a new window using the ID Vault Secure View browser. For most non-financial Web site, you will use your default browser. Log into the Web site as you normally would.

3. Save the Account

When adding a financial or shopping account, ID Vault will ask you to confirm that you have logged in correctly before your account gets added. Click 'Yes' to confirm and save the account to ID Vault. Click 'No' if you are not logged in to your account. ID Vault will take you back to the log in page so you can try again.

You will always see a message, like the screen below, confirming that your account has been added to your ID Vault.
