Support options from the ID Vault Main Menu

To access support from within the ID Vault application, click the ID Vault icon in the System Tray area of your Windows taskbar, then choose 'Support' from the menu.

• Customer Support: Use this option to go to the ID Vault Free Edition Customer Support page on the ID Vault Web site. From this page, you can read the top Help topics and solutions, search our knowledge base of FAQ's, and read the latest support news.
• Renew Now: You can upgrade your ID Vault Subscription at any time by clicking on this option.
• View Subscription Info: Use this option to check on the status of your subscription. You will be presented with your license code number and your subscription expiration date.
• Check For Updates Now: This option checks to make sure that your ID Vault software is up to date with the latest version. If a newer version is available, ID Vault will update the software automatically.
• Online User Guide: This option presents you with the online version of the ID Vault User Guide that you are currently viewing.
• About ID Vault: This option provides information about your ID Vault software license and version, and about other software that is incorporated into ID Vault..
